To practice my skills in animation and to experiment with my own style a bit, I wanted to recreate this iconic scene of Forrest Gump discovering that he can run like the wind. It was important to me that, even though this is just one shot, it still sets a mood. All the elements needed to be well coordinated and fit together nicely.
